Out of date dog food

Was sent dog food that was over it's use by date by months. Other than that prompt delivery abroad and good selection of products.

Edit: Customer service dealt with issue promptly.

Too many problems with my purchase

The information about the purchase (confirmation of purchase, information about shipping) took so many days, that they weren’t able to meet the shipment deadline. After I sent an email requiring these information, they answered me that one of the products I’ve bought wasn’t in stock, so they would reimburse me. So far, I accepted, but then, when the package was already arriving, they have sent another message telling me only one of the 4 products I have bought were shipped. If I knew I would only receive one of the products I’ve bought, I would have canceled the purchase and bought everything in another place. So I had to wait for the refund money to be in my account, which took too long. I won’t buy again in this website nor I advise anyone as well.

Problema con il pagamento

Do 4* solamente perché non ho riuscito ad eseguire il pagamento del mio nuovo ordine con la carta bancaria.

Fast and reliable

Fast and reliable. I ordered a box of supplements only available in Italy (I live in Germany). The delivery was fast and with email updates every step of the way. I definitely would recommend it if you need to buy specific products.

Stevia from Farmae

I buy the powdered stevia from Farmae. It is a pure, high quality stevia. It comes in a small container, which makes it easy to take with me in a purse or pocket.
The product always arrives quickly, thoughtfully packed so as not to allow any damage.

Clinically never fails.

Firstly the product is clinically excellent, I am 91 and been using it for more than 3 years. Superb price, a healthy week for less than £2.00, and delivery was rapid. Great shelf life.

Farmae.EU shopping experience

UPDATE: After a bit of struggle, I received my order today. The products are delivered by DPD (shipped from BRT - their shipping partner in Italy). They were packed properly with sufficient padding etc. in a nice new year package. It looks like the webshop is indeed affiliated with Farmae.it, part of the Italian Talea Group. I am keeping my original email below in case other shoppers came across this site and are reluctant to order, or after ordering get suspicious like me. Unfortunately there are so many scammers around the web and some signs were definitely alerting. I am happy that me order has arrived on time and I want to thank Farmae.eu, but I want to suggest them three improvements for better customer experience: 1. Please respond to customers emails and calls. 2. Please send the correct tracking number to the customer (the first one I got was invalid and it was updated in the second shipping update. 3. Please register the address correctly, despite I informed you two times, the address on the shipping label was still incorrect, but thankfully DPD was able to bring it to my door.

I placed an order on farmae.eu website but then noticed that it is not linked to farmae.it website. i am thinking that this might be a scam webshop pretending to be a Farmae.it /Talea Group website. Can farmae.it Customer Service please confirm if farmae.eu is part of their company??

horrible experience

horrible experience. After receiving the compacts that I ordered in the wrong color, they told me to sent them back and they will cover the shipment cost. However They didn't and they reduced the shipment cost from the parcel amount. Instead of accepting their mistake and refund me they tried to make look that I dont know calculations.

I paid 46.17 euros for the parcel. In another installment, I paid 11 euros for returning the parcel to them which they promised will be refunded to me. The total amount would be 57.17 euros.

So far they paid me 46,17 euros in two installments 35,17 and 11 amounts. And still 11 euros is missing. It is a very simple calculation but I don't know why are they responding like this.
Good to mention that this didn't happen even easily and it took me 28 emails back and forth to submit my complaint and still they have not refunded me completely. [ ref:!00D0O0r76w.!500SX03UaFi:ref ]

Never received my order

I have ordered a package which I have never received — 49 euros down the wind.

Their call center is never available and I've sent them multiple inquiries regarding my missing parcel and they've never answered.

All in all, I was scammed and I hope you won't be as well.

P.S. I sent the email to the address below 3 days ago and didn't get a response — a waste of time just like the previous 10 tries I tried to contact them. For anyone who is in the same situation, remember that there are lawyers in the EU who provide customer protection services for free.
